Mary Kustermann, Senior Consultant RMC, RMM, CPC, CPC-HMary is a certified professional coder with over 35 years of coding and medical administrative experience. She holds a health administration degree and is an ex-practice administrator for a neurosurgical practice.

Mary has conducted hundreds of on-site educational programs for FQHC’s, specialty groups and Medicare fraud investigators. She consults with practices on their organizational and operational needs and conducts on-site physician audits.

Michelle Trandel, Senior Consultant, CPC

Michelle is a Billing and Coding Consultant with Indianapolis Medical Management.  She conducts coding audits and provides coding education to staff and physicians.  She also assists clients with various coding and compliance issues.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in systems analysis from the University of Dayton.  She received her certified professional coder (CPC) accreditation through the American Academy of Professional Coders in 2005.

Donna is the President of Office Management Solution.  She consults with healthcare practices to perform workflow analysis, improve processes, and increase profits as well as select and implement electronic health records.

Donna is a writer, speaker and trainer on practice management topics.  She also writes employee handbooks, job descriptions and procedure manuals.
